Returns and refunds

Prints

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• The piece must come back unused, in its original packaging. A print that has been framed or mounted can no longer be returned.
• Return shipping is at your expense if you simply changed your mind, as are the original shipping costs.

Originals

An original is a unique, hand-painted or hand-drawn piece: it cannot be returned if you change your mind. Take the time to look at the photographs, and write to me before buying if anything is unclear — a question asked beforehand beats a regret afterwards.

Damage or wrong item

This applies to everything, originals included. If a piece arrives damaged, or if I sent the wrong one:

1. Write to me within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the piece and one of the packaging.
2. I will reply with what to do next. Costs are on me.
3. Your choice: a full refund, or a replacement where the piece is a print.

Requesting a return

Write to morganecachia.art@gmail.com with your order number, the piece concerned and the reason. I will reply with the return address — please do not send anything back before you receive that reply, or the parcel may go astray.

Refunds

Once the return has arrived and been checked, the refund is issued within 10 business days, to the payment method used at purchase. How long it then takes to appear on your statement is up to your bank.
