This site collects only what is necessary to process an order or reply to a message. No data is sold, shared, or transferred.

Data collected

  • Orders: name, shipping address, email, cart contents. Payments are handled by an external provider; I never see your card details.
  • Forms (commissions, collaborations, murals): your responses are sent to me by email and are not stored on the site.
  • Cookies: cart contents and selected language, used only for site functionality.
  • Theme preference (light/dark): saved in your browser, never transmitted to me.
  • IP fingerprint (hashed): used solely to limit automated form submissions; deleted after 1 hour.

No analytics tools, no advertising pixels, no embedded social media. No resources are loaded from third parties.

Retention

Order data is kept as required by legal obligations (accounting, tax). Emails are retained only as long as useful, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing morganecachia.art@gmail.com. I will reply within 30 days. If needed, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
