Who is responsible

Morgane Cachia, self-employed artist, Montreal, Quebec. She is the person accountable for the personal information collected by this site, under Quebec’s private-sector privacy legislation. For any question: morganecachia.art@gmail.com.

What is collected

• An order: your name, delivery address, email and basket contents. Payment is handled by the payment provider — I never see your card number, and it does not pass through this site.
• A form (commissions, collaborations, murals): your answers are emailed to me and are not stored on the site. They then live in my inbox, like any other email.
• Cookies: your shopping basket and your chosen language. They make the site work; they do not track you.
• Your browser remembers whether you prefer the light or dark theme. That stays with you and is never sent to me.
• A one-way fingerprint of your IP address when you submit a form — it caps automated submissions. It cannot be traced back to you and is erased after an hour.

What is not done

• No analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media widgets embedded in the pages.
• No resource is loaded from a third party: fonts and animation scripts are served by this site. Your visit is therefore reported to no one.
• Your information is never sold, rented or traded.

For how long

Order data is kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require. Emails are kept as long as the exchange may still be useful, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information I hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where nothing obliges me to keep it. Write to morganecachia.art@gmail.com and I will reply within thirty days. If my answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
