Returns and refunds
A standard in-stock product can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Otherwise, no exchanges, returns, or refunds, except in case of breakage or shipping error.
Cancelling within 7 days
You have 7 days from delivery to cancel the purchase of a standard in-stock product. This right does not apply to:
- original artworks, including one-of-a-kind or non-reproducible pieces;
- prints produced to a customer’s specific requirements, including format, paper, or personalization;
- custom orders, including murals, collaborations, and artworks produced pursuant to a quotation.
Email me at morganecachia.art@gmail.com before the deadline, with your order number. The product must come back in its original condition, and return shipping costs are yours.

Damage or wrong item
This applies to everything, originals included. If a piece arrives damaged, or if I sent the wrong one:
- Write to me within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the piece and one of the packaging.
- I will reply with what to do next. Costs are on me.
- At my discretion: a full refund, or a replacement where the piece is a print.
